Open Access

If a »resource« is available online, but not:

• available for download…
• in a common format (think pdf for documents or mp3 for audio files) and
• accessible without a login or captcha (how I loathe identifying traffic signs, seriously),

then it’s not really open access and drives me fricking nuts.
